Privacy Notice

This website sets no cookies for visitors and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Here is what it does collect, why, and how to ask us to delete what you sent us.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This notice explains how the Ai GeoLAB website handles information about the people who visit it. It covers this website only. It does not cover the Khatian Platform, our software for land offices, which runs offline on one computer in a land office. Our post AI that stays in the land office explains how the platform keeps records in the office.

What we collect and why

What you send us through the contact form. The form asks for your first name, last name, work email, organisation, area of interest and a brief in your own words. We use this to reply to your request. Submissions are stored in the website’s own database on our server. Ai GeoLAB staff read them in a password-protected admin inbox, where they can also delete them.

Please leave other people’s personal details, such as names from a land record, out of your brief.

What our web server records. It may keep standard technical logs, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested. We use them to keep the site secure and to fix problems.

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Cookies

The public pages of this website do not give visitors cookies. The site sets a session cookie only for Ai GeoLAB staff who log in to the admin panel, because it is needed to keep them logged in.

Third-party services

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, a network service that sits in front of our server to speed the site up and protect it from attacks. Every request to the site passes through Cloudflare, so Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of each request.

Some files on our pages are loaded from other providers:

  • fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (Google Fonts), for the typefaces
  • unpkg.com, for the React JavaScript libraries the site is built with
  • cdn.jsdelivr.net, for the world-map data used by the globe animation

Your browser fetches these files directly from each provider. As with any request on the web, the provider receives your IP address and details about your browser. We do not control what these providers do with that information.

Deleting what you sent us

You can ask us to delete what you sent us through the contact form, or ask us any question about it. Email [email protected]. It helps if you write from the address you used in the form, so that we can find your message.
